Quick answer

Southern California team leader Robert Cedeno cloned his voice with ElevenLabs and set up Meta's Muse to write home tour voiceover scripts. BAM reports that 30 voiceovers now take him 6 to 7 minutes instead of more than an hour.

Result, in their words: Writing 30 home tour voiceovers went from more than an hour to 6 to 7 minutes, according to BAM.

From the original

What I started doing is actually cloning my voice. I cloned my voice on ElevenLabs and then, instead of just having a home tour, I added that voiceover touch to the home tours. But it’s not really me. It’s generated through ElevenLabs and it’s worked pretty decent. It’s taken a lot less of me going out there and actually recording the content because that could be really time consuming.

What they did

Robert Cedeno runs a 25-agent team in Southern California. BAM reports the team has 166 closed and pending transactions for the year so far, worth about $112 million. On The Broke Agent podcast, he described the AI workflow behind his 10 posts a day across three Instagram accounts. Two of the accounts post home tours for specific areas, and the third is his business account.

His newest page, robsells_homes, posts home tours for LA County. It copies the playbook he built in the Inland Empire. He pays someone to film the LA County tours, and that page uses more automation than his other accounts.

How it worked

Cedeno uploaded about an hour and a half of his own audio to ElevenLabs to make a digital copy of his voice. He says he keeps adjusting it, and his newer voiceovers sound better than his first ones.

He then gave Meta's AI agent, Muse, a standing prompt: for any address he sends, write three versions of a voiceover, one of which opens with a line like "this is what 850,000 gets you in this area." According to Cedeno, Muse pulls the property information from Zillow and writes the three scripts. BAM says Muse also turns the scripts into finished audio.

He also uses Muse to schedule calls and draft replies to DMs. He says he still approves the replies before they go out.

The result

According to BAM, writing 30 home tour voiceovers used to take Cedeno more than an hour. Now it takes 6 to 7 minutes.

How to try it on your listings

  • Choose one content task you repeat every week, such as tour narration or captions, and write clear standing instructions for an AI tool.
  • Ask for more than one version per listing so you can choose the one that fits the footage.
  • Check every script against the listing's real details before it's published. AI tools that pull data from third-party sites can get facts wrong.
  • Keep a person approving anything that goes out under your name, like Cedeno does with his DM replies.
