How a Coral Gables Agent Used Claude Cowork for Farming and MLS Copy

Camila Castillo of the Ben Moss Group used Claude Cowork to find high-equity farming prospects and to write MLS property descriptions. She told nar.realtor that work which used to take weeks, or 45+ minutes per description, is now handled by the AI agent.
Result, in their words: She said she used to spend 45 minutes or more on each MLS property description, and Cowork now handles that task automatically. She said the farming research would normally "take us weeks."
From the original
Normally, “that would take us weeks,” she says. “You can also do this with [PropertyKey’s] IMAPP, but sometimes it’s not accurate. Even if I were to pull addresses from IMAPP and the MLS, we would have to manually go into the property appraisal website to doublecheck if the mailing address is different than the property address.”
What they did
Camila Castillo is a luxury real estate specialist and AI expert at the Ben Moss Group in Coral Gables, Fla., which is affiliated with Compass. According to nar.realtor, she used Claude Cowork, an AI agent from Anthropic, for two jobs: farming for high-equity prospects and writing MLS property descriptions. She also runs a weekly call to help her colleagues learn Cowork.
How it worked
For farming, Castillo first asked Cowork to build a spreadsheet of properties bought seven or more years ago. She then had it search the property appraisal website to check whether each property address matched the owner's mailing address. She says that without the agent, her team would have to check the appraisal site by hand, even after pulling addresses from IMAPP and the MLS.
For listing copy, she set up a workflow with Skills, a Claude feature for creating and saving workflows. For each new listing, she enters the address, the executed listing agreement and the last MLS tax roll, and Cowork writes the description.
The result
Castillo told nar.realtor that each MLS description used to take her 45 minutes or more, and Cowork now handles it automatically. She said the farming research would normally "take us weeks." The article stresses that people still need to review AI output and check the facts.
How to try it on your listings
These are our suggestions, not steps from the source:
- Choose one listing task you repeat every time, such as writing descriptions, and note which documents you always start from.
- Save that process as a reusable workflow so every listing gets the same inputs.
- Check every AI draft against the listing agreement and public records before it goes on the MLS.
